This 78,000 square foot facility features state-of-the-art equipment that assures cost-efficient quality stamping, and wire forms of spring steel, cold roll steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum. Heat treat and plating can also be supplied to meet your requirements for a complete part. We hold the Six Sigma mind-frame to all of our customers. Avid Products is also working towards its ISO certification which should be accomplished in the next few months. Prototype On new projects, we will deliver prototype samples if needed, within three weeks after receipt of a signed print and order from customer. Four-Slide We can provide precision forms and complex multi-formed parts from strip metal or wire to meet your exacting specifications. A wide variety of materials; wire up to .187 dia; and strip material from .030 to 2.000 wide in thickness of .010 to .187. Punch Press Avid Products is utilizing automated high-speed presses from 5-ton to 65-ton and progressive dies to produce complex stamped components. Avid Products also uses a specialized automatic rewind machine to have your terminals, contact, or any type of metal-stamped part on reels to your specification. |
